About Us
Brian Brickey has worked as a safety professional for 29 years, in many different industries. His years of experience has given him extensive knowledge and a unique perspective in all aspects of safety, training development and instruction.
Brian uses his experience in safety training, developing proactive safety cultures, safety compliance, planning, and leadership development to help individuals and organizations improve their safety performance. He has accomplished this through increased participation and engagement in safety programs, improved situational awareness and hazard recognition as well as greater employee satisfaction and safety leadership.

Championing the 'new view' approach to safety, Brian provides regular safety training, webinars, has written numerous safety articles, assists organizations with safety investigations, and works to support the development of strong safety cultures through safety committees and employee outreach.
Brian opened Brickwall Training Solutions in 2021 to bring his unique safety perspective to individuals and organizations throughout Colorado.
He schedules classes for individual development at various locations and is available to schedule the courses you need at your organization’s location.
